We recently had to relocate from CA to AZ with my boyfriend. WTM is phenomenal! I highly recommend this guys for long distance move. It was a last moment decision, so WTM scheduled pick up and delivery up on time at their earliest open convenience. Their operation manager was friendly and professional. Trust me, it's a big deal to pack the whole apartment and drug to another state. They packed and move our stuff with gentle care, I'm very thankful! Even our record player. I have wanted to write this review for the last 2 weeks... I hire movers every 2 years or so and I can clearly say that White Truck Moving has been the best experience of my life. I applied to 5-6 movers, 2 called immediately, and the third call was from White Truck. I decided to get quotes from everyone before I decide who to go with. Alex was so clear with a pitch that made complete sense that I immediately made up my mind and booked the time. He immediately sent a confirmation email with pricing information and confirmation of the move. What I liked the most was that the prices were inflated, everything was included, nothing was left to the imagination. The day before the move, he called again to confirm the move and said I could call here before, during, and after the move if I needed help. The second point of contact was Andrey and his team. I don't know how I should describe their efficiency and service. They were just phenomenal. All the little things matter... the guys were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. 2022-10-25
