I paid exactly what I was told in the beginning! I cannot thank them enough! They are not like other moving companies who give you a weird bill in the end. They were very straight forward from the beginning. It was just great. Now let’s talk about moving, the moving team did a great job. They packed everything really well and protected everything with their life. Not a single thing was damaged or even lost. They even helped us at our new place. I am sure that I will not find this kind of service anywhere! The guys from Kangaroo van lines did so much for me! They packed all my fragile items, kitchenware, art and the rest of the household items with great care. They made sure nothing got damaged and they delivered everything intact. For the first time I got a damage free move and I did not have to yell in the end about the bill. I paid the exact same amount I was quoted. They are really exceptional. Another job well done! With no hesitation, I called this company again for another junk removal. They finished in under an hour. I thought it would take at least two! This time, I had the pleasure of having Samory and Christina as the team for this removal service! Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Sent a crew out quickly to remove tons of junk collected outside.  Price is high but when you're on a tight timeline and can't do all the work yourself, they definitely get the job done. 2023-01-26

This place is an UNBELIEVABLE gem. I am not someone who writes reviews, but I am inspired to rave about this place. The owners create a space that is both welcoming, and accessible. It's highly organized, with an incredible amount of stock to peruse through. Greg took the time to show us around, to make sure we knew of any changes to stock/locations. Throughout my many hours there, we were checked on,  and helped tremendously. This is such a great resource and ethical company. Really great selection of secondhand designer wear--but even as I say secondhand it sounds like the wrong word because all the pieces are SO CLEAN and ABSOLUTELY PRISTINE. Just about everything looks as good as new, to be honest. This isn't your horrible, cramped Wasteland-type consignment store in the slightest. Prepare yourself to experience the future of what secondhand designer shopping should be. All the staff are super helpful and treat you as if you were in Chanel or Gucci yourself. I almost want people to not come here so that I can continue to have it all to myself, but I'll invite you to come and visit as long as you don't ruin it for the rest of us. Let's all have nice things together!

Starry has been one of the best aspects of living in Santa Monica. It's been completely reliable, the app is simple, there are no sales people upselling, and the price is low and billed so seamlessly. Compare that to a large cable company in Tucson that has, after two months, already dangled an upsell in front of me as the answer to an outage. Sleazy. Their upsell wouldn't have solved the issue and, in the end, I fixed the problem myself. Starry, I will miss this drama free relationship. Please come to Tucson! If I move back to Santa Monica, you and I are getting back together.

Two years ago I moved to Arts District which is right next to Downtown Los Angeles and we were given the option between AT&T, Spectrum, and Starry. I was a bit skeptical at first about Starry as the pricing was very competitive but decided to go with Starry given the transparent pricing (vs. the others that lock you in with an intro rate for the first year), no hidden charges, and included a free wifi router/modem. Speed/Reliability - I've been using Starry for two years now and I can say I'm very happy with the service. I can honestly say it's been the best internet experience I've had. The speeds are incredibly fast - I have multiple devices that use wifi like cameras, lights, speakers, and can stream TV, shows, movies on multiple devices while playing games on my PS5 and I've never had any issues with buffering or in-game lag. I've attached a screenshot showing the ~400mb down/~200mb up speeds. Customer Service (in-person and phone) - In the past two years I've only had to call customer service twice - the first was the initial installation and the second was an outage that was resolved in about 15 minutes. The initial installation was a breeze and my technician showed up on time, and came in with a mask on and put covers on his shoes to protect my home from outside germs. He had a great attitude the entire time he was working and gave me a free ethernet cord so I could connect my PS5 directly. I'm also impressed with how they treated me over the phone as every person I've spoken to has been warm, very nice, friendly, and eager to help. tl;dr - Starry has been the fastest, most reliable internet I've had and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommend for anyone if it's available. It's been 1 month since we went to Starry after being disappointed of Spectrum. I can say that the Internet is pretty fast. That's actually what you need, right? But I put 4 starts because of installation. Oh man it was terrible... the Starry guy spent 3,5 hours to install it. Looked like he just was trying to make his hours because most of time he was walking somewhere for searching right cable. Why couldn't he just take all of them from the car? When I saw the ads of Starry it told: "we respect your floors and use shoe covers" or something like that. Of course This guy had walked on our carpet (we don't wear shoes at home) for around 30 times Moreover he left the mess after him that we were cleaning for another 1 hour. So if you have enough time and you're not afraid of dirt and mess, Starry is really good fast internet! I hope soon they will train their employees. Btw if you want a discount (like 1 month of free Internet) try to google: "starry coupon/promo code" and you can find something interesting!

I am currently in the middle of my move. The delivery of the boxes went as scheduled. The company offered to pickup early as they had openings, we settled on the 30th of September vice Oct 1. Truck had mechanical issues and pick up was completed on Oct 5, my concern was on the delivery end and I was assured that was not a factor and boxes would be in Shreveport, LA on the 12th and Longview, TX by the 14th. They have been pushing out my dates. Today is the 14th and boxes are still in Lexington, KY. I could have used PODS, but opted for U-Haul to save a few dollars. I am disappointed with myself for that decision to save a few hundred dollars. I can only hope that this ends well, if you have other options in your area, I suggest you look outside the box, U-box especially.

I've never driven a uhaul before but the people here made it so easy! They were able to explain everything to me and even gave recommendations about packing up my things. Leanne and one other girl, whose name I didn't catch, were so thorough and nice about walking me through the entire process! Highly recommend, they made my first uhaul experience seamless!!

I've never rented from Uhaul before and was in need of a tow trailer for a week. I'm so glad that I chose this location because they really were the best. Tracy and her team went above and beyond in customer service, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rental itself was smooth and seamless, they did everything they could to assist me since I had no experience driving with a trailer before. Will definitely come back to this location when I'm ever in need. :)
